The Dana Foundation has done much to promote the new field of neuroethics, including hosting the first conference on the topic. Its imprint, The Dana Press, is the publisher of Michael Gazzaniga's The Ethical Brain. Since 1998 it has also published Cerebrum, a "journal of opinion about brain science that can change your mind", according to its webpage. Beginning this Spring Cerebrum is now a free of charge, web-based journal located here. At the same time, all former 27 issues have been put on-line as well. Go check out the archive here.
